Rear Abs axle on Non abs - Direct fit?

Hey guys

Since im in the process of buying a ABS rear axle to put on my standard rear axle, I thought id ask.

Is it a direct fit? Would it be a problem as i dont have an ABS module etc or are the rear disc calipers just a direct fit to the brake fluid line?

Bit of a noob at this, i have no idea.

it should fit ok SuluR, you will probably need disc type handbrake cables tho :grinning:

Having converted to a rear disc axle many moons ago, Frank is 100% spot on as usual. You'll need the rear axle complete with handbrake cable assembly All I will say is be prepared to have to re-build both rear calipers or even trade in for re-built items, new discs and pads, as they tend to not like being left for long periods without use and tend to suffer from neglect.
