really early micra

on my way to work today and i saw a really early datsun micra Y reg, that would make it 1983, probably one of the first, looked quite spec'ed up compared to a late L spec micra, datsun definatly know what they were doing

Wow, thats almost a classic!!! Very old lol. Won't have to pay tax on it soon, weird to think that some of them are still about.

Micra man: only cars made in 1972 or earlier get tax exempt status, there is no longer the 25year old rolling tax exampt status.

I have a -83 model Datsun, which serial number is 634, early enough?

Nowadays it isn't as standard as it is in the pics but only differences are the wheels and intercooler, otherwise as in pics
