Rattleing..

When wiggling the gear stick i have noticed a sort of rattling, this this just a heat shield? anyone know how to stop it? also while driving along, it i accellerate around a round about ive noticed it also makes a rattling, is this the same thing? thanks in advance.

Hmm could be that, how can I check? And if it is that where can I get a new one from?
