Rare Micra??

I dont own a Micra, but I had to join, due to finding this in a scrapyard..

I think it needs rescuing.. got no idea what it is tho, apart from possibly some type of K11?? Apart from it says MIRA??

Its a Daihatsu Cuore also called a Mira
It may be the 4wd turbo rally version - something like a 650cc 3 cylinder engine with a turbo

Most are either 850cc or 1.0l but suprisingly nippy and at 60mpg cheap as chips to run

Also sound quite good because of the 3 cylinder lump

If you go on ebay theres a silver turbo one on there presently

We had a standard one for about 5 years -brilliant little car

what he said lol, fast little cars my mate had one for about 2 years was great fun but dont attempt a reverse handbrake turn!! lol

Yeah these are kei cars - a japanese class of cars which have engine sizes of 660cc or less to bypass insurance/taxation rules in Japan IIRC.
Awesome things, although I'd prefer a Suzuki Capuccino!
