Which hose connection is feed and which is return in the fuel rail?

the one from the reg is the return mate

So feed is the long pipe to the end of ye fuel rail? Just to be sure i understand what your saying

there,s a regulator on the end of the rail, and a pipe from the reg..............thats the return
