Hi,

Well I finally persuaded my mate last night to get a micra after his clio was written off a few months back!!! However it took a bet to talk him round though lol. I bet him that I could get him a micra and modify it to a similar standard to G's looks wise and to have more power than G's for £3k!!! Am I crazy or do others also think this is possible?? It sounds like a good challenge and if it means another modded micra on the road then I'm definetely up for it. We are looking at Super S/SR's and I have a few plans up my sleeve. Also this all has to be done by JAE!!! And will be shown at JAE if it is finished as he also said he would join the club. :p See I do do my part for the club. Its been given the name JAE project cos its Jon and Evans' project lol, (Evans been my surname) and must be complete by JAE. Yes I know I'm crazy, offering to do it all for him lol, but its all in good fun. :D Let me know what you all think lol. :p

Lol, but yours needs reparing though lol. :p I thought about that actually, but as I said it has to be done by JAE hehe. ;) Lot of work with yours I feel... Sorry Neil. :p
 
well good luck dan! im sure u will b able to do it!!
however i feel that neils wudnt b any more work than a standard as neils already has the mods just needs repairing and more power.

Lol, just gotta find a car first. Got a list of things that I have planned and it comes to just over £3k but I am sure I can skimp on a few things lol, and we will see what happens. I'll keep you all updated. :D

yeah but it would do 60 in around 7 seconds. He could get styling done at a later date, he would love the car cos its so fast :D
 
yeh 2 true, it gotta be fast enuf for me, n the mods are garaunteed to b top notch now more than ever. does anyone no a good insurance company for me to get this project car onto.
BTW am Jon, the mad one whos letting this happen

Well on the way to hitting below the budget too which means we could spend the money on lots of other little interesting bits. :p
 
and as u know neil i am very interested in doing my own k11 when i get he chance etc.

along the lines of 1.6 ecu's or honda ecu's that can be hacked and remapped aswell;) things that can also be brought into my new engine plans. :p

but i definatly want to mod a k11 in time. for the pure crazyness i feel can be achieved. but still love the k10 over it ne day :p
 
but ne ways. at the end of the day it aint my choice it aint dans choice its whatever jon likes.

dan will be the main guy in the project. im just basically the one who knows what and how and have most the contacts :p

but trust me dan WILL be getting dirty.lol

very dirty indeed. alot dirtier than i believe he has ever got before :p

plus u know dan he will have his say on ALL the interior etc aswell.

im just gonna be showing him how to do stuff and from then on it only one way to learn. :D which he will do.

ill be there to supervise it and advise on better techniques etc aswell.
dan is quite capable of doing so himself just needs slight guidance on how to. and certain products available to do job better etc.

doubt jealous G will help out though :p

got a while to do it all yet so should be good by the end.

and all will then be revealed at JAE. main priority is jon liking it :D
 
Lol, yeah I don't mind getting dirty and I will be helping out on alot of the bodywork of the car, you can be sure of that. I think Jon wants to design the interior himself but I will most certainly be there to help him, as I love doing interiors lol!!! :D It will also be a great learning experience for me too, and I'm sure it will be worth the work just from the enthusiasm that I, Wayne and Jon have for this project. Its gunna kick ass by JAE in July 05 hehe. :p

Now that iv heard some of the plans comin form wayne n dan for the project, cant help but think how insane this car is gonna be. Dan can have all the say he wants with the interior but i got my own plans for that one.
He may have 3k for the body n engine but i got another 1k @ least for the interior. Shud have the cash for ya this week dan, then we can get a proper start on it.
 
woohoo.. nice one. i think im going to pick the engine up towards the end of the month :D so should be schweet regarding that. just awaiting v5 forms to arrive from the guy tht i am getting the car from so as soon as they are through we shall have that aswell

i bough g's escort so we have that out the way aswell :p
