Project "Cram it all in" has begun

and 1 19" widescreen lcd TV

All in the back of the almera. Tis doing my head in, doubt I'll have it covered by JAE, but it will be of some entertainment for the weekend if its finished

How are you powering the 360 and TV?

Watch out with intereference on the 360, normally it results in 2 different grounding levels, and you'll get noise through the speaker system!

thru the usual plug adaptor thingies that goes ir ur ciggy lighter. Gonna have to leave the car running constantly unless it'll suck too much juice, unless u have any other ideas?

make sure ur 360 is well ventilated... if its not.. it will crash. No.1 prob with them, over heat very quickly. All my mates have crashed and have had to be taken back

Yep already got that sorted, the power pack will have plenty of breathing room

Issue then is how to split charge it, and have room for it in the boot, lol

Neil, spend the the extra time and effort split charging it, it will kill your battery

i like the install mate very nice

i still cant get my head round buying a fast car..paying fast car insurance and then slowing it down by adding a lot of weight...each to their though.

what you trimming it in eventually?

the whole boot is going to be shaking when your driving with the music on. surely the shaking will damage the inner workings of the TV.

apart from that it looks really good , what colour/material are you trimming it in?

definately look into a split charge, maybe you could position the 2nd battery in the rear footwell?
