Problems with chain too tight?

Got some ideas and going to play around with the top chain tensioner so it gets a little tighter. Still a bit of rattle when starting..

Will I run into any problems with chain if the tensioner is too tight? I'll be extending the tensioner by about 3mm

you dont want it too tight eh skymera, if its tight enough to play a tune on it the alloy head bearings will run dry and seize

I best leave it then, not worth fiddling to save 1-2 secs worth of noise.

Noticed my oil light stays on for 1-3seconds when starting, might look into that next
