Problem with the fan/heater switch

Hi!
I`m having problem with the switch for the fan.
First it started with the fan not wanting to stop!The 1,2,3,4 positions are working Ok but it wont stop on Position 0.
But now it stopped working on all positions so if any one can be of some help how to disassemble the control panel to reach the switch!Some picks will be very helpful!Because i don`t know how to remove the hole console!I think the procedure is the same for changing the bulbs of the panel for the controls!

bit more complicated than bulbs mate..
-2 screws above the head-unit, 2 down bottom behind ashtray.
-pop out the facial slowly, carefull not to damage anything.
-slowly remove/slide the head-unit out of its bracket and plugs.
-4 retaining screws holding the console....
-disconnect plugs and 2 vent cables.

place the console on your bench grab a thin blade/suitable tool, remove facing/backing will expose them bulbs and controls. Good Luck!!

but b4 you do all that check your resistor card and wiring...though 4 should work without it...
