Would this go on my car? Mines a T reg 1999 but this says any car of 1999, i always thought it went on the letter and couldnt be percieved as making your car newer type thing:

I'd love a private plate but it would have to be an Irish one as my initials are JPI, but Irish plates just look like an age hiding plate to me.
