power gains ???

hi i am just wondering what sort of power i am running with the following mods done to a 1.3 16v 1993 micra lx:

janspeed decat
1.0l middle section ( no silencer)
almera airbox and ducting to grill ( see blog)
back box

i dont have enough for rolling road atm and i just want an estimate figure as i am aware that standard these cars have 75bhp ish.

Maybe 2bhp gained...

Janspeed manifold offers the most gains.

what are the gains from one of the modified manifolds that frank does? and do you need to tell insurance about it?

janspeed decat - (1bhp if your lucky, janspeed de-cat is the best de-cat IMO, as it doubles as a silancer

back box - (better response, could give you 0.5bhp gian? lol
