Yeah i know i had to cut and grind the bolt flush with the upper mounts and slowly prise them apart to get the rod out. I was swapping everything out though so i wasn't too fussed with how i got it out 
I can say nearly 100% the lower sleeve with be rusted solid but once you've got the upper out you can pull off the panhard and them remove the bush and finally see wheren to start working on the metal sleeve.
Can't even remember how long it took but it was in the hours...probable took longer as it was one of the first things i started modifying and I was being gentle haha.
