Panhard rod : A blow torch + mole grips + angle grinder + swearing = usually more swearing but eventually it'll come off.Chances are the metal sleeve that's in the lower bush (maybe also the upper if you're having trouble getting it out) will have rusted itself stuck. Just carefully remove the lower one so you don't damage the threads.
