a-ha found a 35 x 18mm spherical bearing to fit in the k11 arm for the same £38 as a BC top mount.

says its a phosphor bronze race lining with oiling hole, does that mean I'll have to constantly keep it oiled and may not last as long?
dunno if the BC bearings are steel/steel or steel/PTFE
