Yeah, my bonce is 60.5cm 
which is rounded down to 60cm large in the Stilo range. My old helmet is a bell and is actually a 59 as the 60 was too big out of the box. I guess it depends on who you go with ultimately. Nice thing about the Stilo range is you can supplement crown pads and cheek plates to fine tune things or replace when worn out.
I can't wait to get back to trackdays, had way too much time off and am looking forward to re-learning the car again
