How often do I need to change pollen filter and air filter on Nissan Micra from 2007?

In the " Micra Model K12 Electronic service manual " HERE

For the Air cleaner filter each 60000 km ! .....
For the Ventilation air filter each 30000 km

I read it in the " PERIODIC MAINTENANCE " chapter.
