please help

i have a problem with my k11 micra.
when i turn the ignition on no lights come on the dash and wen i start it its the same untill i rev it then the centrel locking locks and unlocks and then its ok apart from the check engine light and the manual says that the light means there is simething wrong with the nats or the emisions
can someone please help asap

check the fuse box next to the battery for corrision on the top (where fuses are) and inside the bottom part ( where wires go)

normally the ignition fuse/wiring corrodes away causing simular problems

possible ignition switch faulty, located in the back of the igntion barrel only way to test properly is to swap it with a known good one
