Right Guys, hope that someone can help 
Ive had a lot of issues with the Girlfriends 2003 Micra 1.0 Petrol.
Basically the car is going into Limp mode when turned on (but not all the time), I could turn it on 1 day and it will be in limp, when I clear codes car drives perfect with no issues, but if I turn it off and leave it for 5 mins the limp mode will return with the following codes.

P11216
Which I believe are Throttle Body & Thermostat.
The car has overheated on a number of occasions, but as I say car drives perfect otherwise.
Could this be a case of a new throttle body ? or maybe something else
