Your not allowed to smoke in your car after the new ban if its a company car already. I don't quite know how they're going to enforce that if regular drivers can smoke. Being a distraction, i think it should be banned. If your not allowed to eat behind the wheel, then you certainly shouldnt be allowed to smoke.
