I imagine it hitting the pothole, the front wheel getting stuck in it, and the rear of the car flipping over the front, resulting in a complete front flip and the car being driven off.

thats my exact thoughts Pete, my dad-in-law got a city rover (without asking me), indian companies do not exactly give me extra added confidence.
