Won't happen, they are putting more up all the time, especially the ones on motorway roundabouts and on the exit sliproads!!!

Bad idea. There's a few junctions round my way when the lights are out, become complete chaos. Mostly because the non observant drivers dont realise they're there & not working, and just drive through at usual speed without care and attention to other drivers.
