This is becoming a joke, soon they'll be a congestion charge for using a car during the day now!!

What a pile of crap and it has sod all to do with the environment, it's all about extra green for doing sweet FA, and the environment issue is just an excuse!

Kids should be encouraged to walk / cycle. No wonder kids are so fat these days. I think school run cars should be off the roads, but this isn't the way to go about it. It won't take long for this idea to catch on like wild fire and councils use it to generate money anyway.
