I wonder if they'll be handing out Face masks to pedestrians...

At 20 mph it'll mean slower traffic but it'll mean that other factors for example...
Congestion
Road charging
Frustration
More road rage
Clutches renewed
Petrol consumption goes up
Higher costs for Motorists
More pollution

Soon it'll be easier to go around in a Horse and Cart...

The percentage of fatalities in 20 areas may be higher but the actual number will be a lot less than in 30's
