I think thats a bit silly. I mean, fair enough to blind people saying they can't hear them, but would you seriously cross the road on your own if your were blind anyway! And i'm sure the dog's will warn them, if they have one. I honestly can't remember the last time i saw a blind person. Maybe they should make some sort of device that beeps when traffic is near!

Well if, for example, there is 1 in 10 hybrid cars on the road they will hear the other 9
