how do u compress ur pics enough to be able to be uploaded onto your page thingo??

Open the photo up in Paint which comes with all window OS and then Hit the Image button up top (4th button) In the drop down box select the Resize/Skew button as show in photo

Then change the size by changing the first two settings from 100% to say 30% but that depends on how big the photo is. If you make it to small just hit the undo button. Done
