Pick up (how hard)

Just a thought....

How hard would it be to turn a k11 into a pick up?

Would the rear need reinforcing in anyway?

If you're cutting the back of the shell off won't that weaken it even if you put a "screen" behind the front seats?

What else would need doing?

Id guess the k11c has some sort of underbrace..... could be a option? K11c fsm may shed some light to any reinforcement.
