Petrol for 160SR?

Anyone here up on the engine management system on the 160SR?
I ask because I haven't investigated yet whether it has active knock control.
I run our Scooby on Shell Optimax, even though it's a UK model, as it goes better.
We also used Optimax in our 1.3 K11 as that cured mid range "hesitation".
So far I have used Optimax and BP Ultimate in the 160SR.
Any opinions?

petrol is petrol to me mate, end of the day i have a 1.0 micra, im not payin 10p extra for nowt lol no point! i pay 86.9 a litre, lol petrol is petrol in my eyes

ive noticed when i use optimax that my mid range power is increased slighty. Nothing worth shouting about though.

i use it in mine but i cant tell you the difference tbh ...will need to do a test

I use Optimax in my 1.3 K11, mainly because I get double Shell PlusPoints then
