part of the ignition key stuck in

hi..

my ignition key snapped in half, one centimeter of its length is stuck in the ignition box.. when i insert the other half of the key, i can start the engine.. as a bonus, it is possible to remove the key while the engine is running

is there any way of getting it out? i have very thin pliers, but even if i modified it with angle grinder to fit in, i wont be able to get it out because of its shape.. i thought about capacitor and two thin wires.. it is possible to "bolt" the wires to the metal when you charge the cap and short circuit it.. what do you say?

spray some degreaser in the lock (carb cleaner brake cleaner or similar) clean the end of the broken key put a tiny blob of super glue on the end of the key, shove it in, wait a few secs then it should pull the broken half out.
