If you mean what they do etc. They bring your body back in line with your wheels as the whole body will shift across when it is lowered. Plus is thicker so helps with body rigidy.

Yeah definately. Have a look on ebay at the moment. there is plenty of Whiteline sway bars for cheap.

If your car is lowered then the panhard rod is more important. If its not then get front and rear sway bars.

Yes they are adjustable but only off the car.
