Panhard removal

So I've removed my panhard rod to put franks offset bushes in (finally) but came across a problem.

Is this removable and if so is grinding it off the best way?

(the outer sleeve not the bolt)

i just left mine on when i fitted the whiteline rod

Suppose I could always widen the holes in the bushes so that they slide over it

soak it in wd40 (or my personal fave ATF mixed with acetone) leave it over night and the use mole grips or stilsons. or if you have a grider, be carfull not to fubar the threads, grind down the side of the sleeve till its WAFER thin (haha) then use a hammer and chisel down the thin side to peel it off.
