i have a 1.0l 2002 micra...its smelling terribly rich and ideas on what it could be and how to fix it?

If it smells like that when you first start it in the mornings then dont worry about it, that would be pretty normal...its the cold start system working, just like chokes of old. If it continues to smell like that even when hot then i would get it checked out. I would have said faulty lambda sensor but as it just passed its test that kind of rules that out. Im sure its nothing to worry about anyway

thanks everyone for the advice the problem doesnt seem to be arising changed the coolent sensor and temp sensor and seem better now
