Hi just after a some advice. I have a 2006 C+C Essenza 1.6, the car has started to idle at 1100 rpm. When the car is taken out of gear it will rev to 2000 rpm and then settle to 1100 rpm. It occasionally goes up and down as well.
It has recently has a new abs unit and I returned it to the garage and they believe it has nothing to do with the new unit, after spending several days trying to programme it. They have suggested that it maybe the throttle body or the ecu, both being of considerably expense to replace!
Has anyone else had a similar issue or can anyone help?
