Note to Micra engine interchangeability

Hi all,

Would anyone happen to know whether the CR14DE engine from a Nissan Note would slot into a 1.4 Micra K12 without modification - i.e. are the engines externally identical?

They're identical

Since we're at it, how about gear boxes?

The cr engines are in the note,Micra and the later cubes. All use the same chassis,engine gearboxes ect
