No crank no start. P1611 fault

Hi all, I’m new to this forum.

i have a Nissan micra SXE 2004.

my car is the intelligent key.
im having problems starting my car.
‘the key turns in the ignition, but car doesn’t crank.
ive got charged battery,
all lights come on dash.

im getting a p1611 fault code on dash, any help appreciated
