Nissan Sunny 1.4 Throttle Body

I have just bought a Nissan Sunny (1994) 1.4 throttle body assembly, (£10 complete with airbox and manifold!!)
Will this throttle body bolt onto my k11 1.0L without modification and will it be beneficial?
