Nissan micra k11 gas shock absorbers

Hi guys.

Need a cheap suspension upgrade before I buy the £600 SPAX set up from Matt.

I have no idea if these are uprated better performance than standard K11 suspension?

Sorry to bump a thread that is a few months old but its looking like i am going to have to change the shocks on my sons k11 micra so has any body brought any of these and what do you guys think? i have just been quoted £215 for a set (front and back) from my local factors
