Nissan Micra Acenta Front Fog light - Year 2008

Hi All, I have a Nissan Micra Acenta Year 2008 and it come with it's factory wire type H11.

I Want to install a pair of fog lights but the problem i am facing is that there is no electricity through the H11 wire when i am switching it on. Can anyone help me please. Thank you.
