I saw an ad for a nissan be-1 on ebay. It does not have MOT or tax and from what i understand he does not even own the car... He has an old V5

Think this was listed twice at the same time, one by the actual (now abroad owner with the V5) and the disgruntled ex who has an older one, but has the car on her drive.
