Hi, my name is paul i'm 38 and i drive a micra 1.2 :k10: , sounds like the beginning of an AA meet:laugh: I've had alook at the site and seen some cool looking cars and read some interesting stories (no i'm not a copper):laugh: . The Micra has got to up there in the reliability stakes as my other half bought the car 2 years ago and has never let us down. But.....at the moment were getting a sound which sounds rather like an alarm clock with the bells on top but dulled, a very tinny ting, ting, ting on acceleration. Could it be 'pinking' as they say?
Also we get vibration at 75. Done alignment, tracking, wheels trued and bottom arms done. Strut maybe?
It is a smashing car and would certainly like to know more about 'upping the anti ' on the power front.:devil:
