Hello again

The missus only has one key for her micra, anyone know where to get a spare key with transponder and how to program it? Don't fancy going to nissan. £££££££

i think it depends what flavour of nats you have, and keycutters can do certain types, here,s some info on the later type

Thanks for the link frank, guess she might have to get in touch with Nissan, the car is non central locking and the key is black with Nat's on it and a red square bit of plastic at the front.

Found one on ebay will need to take transponder out of old key and get the new key cut.

Heres an aftermarkey nissan swicth key..... but no transponder chip..... but good for k10's + k11's pre-transponder cars.

you can also perform futher searches on bay to find the transponer key you are looking for.... i know some sellers provide with re-programming instructions..... as far as i know you can do it your self.

if you are based in ulondon uk.... i can direct you to a very good locksmith that can provide + programme another key for you???

Thanks for the info, got a couple of spare keys, anyone got the re-programming instructions. (non central locking car)
