need alloys and lowering please help!!

well I have some money and am considering alloy wheels. The same as Dave has on his red micra on this forum.

I also want to lower the car 40-42mm. do I get lowering springs or do I need new suspension aswel?
also wheres the best place to get alloys and or lowering springs from (and suspension if i need it)

Springs will lower it, springs shocks and an adjusyable parnhard rod will make it handle really well - Matt Humphris has some really top quality gear, you should look at his parts list to get an idea of the stuff.
