NATS programming new fob

Hi,

I have just brought a new NATs key fob off ebay as I only got one when I brought the car recently which is a 1.5 Dci K12 and need to get it programmed to my car. Does it have to be done by a Nissan Main Dealer or are there others out there who can do it?
