My K12 Micra 2003

Hi everyone, I am a new member. Had problem with my Micra for ages. Anyway after replacing timing chain and throttle body. Iv'e now discovered that it has a p1171 code. Which points to an air leak between manifold and inlet valves.anyone have any suggestions otherwise. Also does the throttle body need to be setup specifically with computer input. Thanks. Jim
