Mutant mt-m6 speakers

Hi looking to replace the front speakers as one has gone. Seen these mutant 6.5 inch speakers,

would these be easy to fit to the doors and would the existing wiring and tweeters just plug into these new speakers or would they need any adapters ? Cheers.
