For those with the v3 silver or black I have been just done a full upgrade on my phone.
I now have more memory (deleted pics and sounds that you can't delete), flash and loader upgraded, new skins and video recording.

Firstly, read everything and do not post unless you can read all the guides as you'll get everyone moaning at you.
I'll help if you need it, it's easy for me now but I "broke" phone 3 times and lost all data (but was backed up)
