Mot test issues

I I had my car mot'd a while ago and it failed o a few things one of those being a rear wheel bearing so I ordered a new hub with bearing went to change it today, but there's nothing wrong with the one that's there put it all back together and the shoes and drum rub a little and that's obviously what he heard with there being no fails or advisory on the brakes is the rubbing going to be a issue at all? Need to know before I go back and call him a idiot

the onlny reason it was failed is because the weels are rubbing, which mean more emissions this means that he has failed you for that, and also safety, so he was correct that what i think, they shouldn't rub at all

They still spin freely though. there not binding there just making a little bit of noise i would expect this to be normal
