The light unit itself will fit but the wiring is different. we swapped our pre facelift rear lights to facelift rear lights and had to alter the wiring.if there is a hole in the lens aslong as there is no white light showing through the hole you'll be fine to put some clear tape over it just to stop the water getting in.hope it helpscheers
