Mirrors with turn signals

Has anyone purchased any of those mirrors off of ebay with the power mirror piece and the turn signal on the edge of em?

First off I want to know if they are any good, secondly I want to know if all those sales are only one mirror? because every1 that sells them only has 1 pictured but lights always sell in pairs sooo... Im just asking here because im too lazy to login to ebay.
