You are lucky that it didn't go over the bonnet and hit the front window, i have seen that before, not very nice..

It's not salvageable, get a new bonnet, head light and front quarter panel?

Was doing 80km/h but braked HARD before impact.
Gaurd has pushed into door as well. Getting quote and then its up to the insurace company.
