Micra power up ???

Im going for the Cisco $1500 power up on my
Micra 1.3GX 16v -98.

I got the air intake system fixed and now looking to get the manifold from Janspeed.
What more do I need from the list other than the manifold ?
A high flow cat? and witch one is that?

all of it apart from the back box, as that is part of the system.

Argh!
Too much money.....
Cant I just get the manifold + the cat ?
Have been told that the hi flow exhaust is not a must have.
So witch one is just after the manifold?

yes thats fine and the best bits to get.
manifold and the cat bypass. the cat by pass fits next to the janspeed manifold section.
the the last system section is the least important. just finishes off for full flow potential.
